We are looking for an experienced Controller (m/f/d) to prepare meaningful reports for internal and also external use. Your work supports management in making informed business decisions. Your reporting ensures a reliable assessment of the respective situations and is the basis for our strategic decisions. Your controlling is designed for both short- and long-term strategies. You can communicate the results of your evaluations and calculations in a comprehensible manner and transparently publish the financial implications and consequences.

• You will establish the strategic as well as the operative controlling structure in our company
• You actively design all necessary controlling instruments
• Your controlling focus will be on liquidity monitoring, efficiency increase for working capital and in production as well as profitability improvement
• You analyze and evaluate our cost structure
• Based on your analysis and evaluation, you will formulate strategic long-term business plans and operational short-term measures in/with the respective divisions

• Several years of professional experience
• Confident handling of SAP FI and CO
• Negotiation skills and persuasiveness
• Good time management and ability to set priorities

Your main tasks include controlling financial processes and identifying strategies. Based on your analytical skills and profound SAP know-how, you will monitor financial transactions and develop strategic measures. With your comprehensive business management knowledge, you will convince us in the competent management of our plants, whose financial transparency you will ensure in the long term. You will analyze and evaluate complex economic interrelationships and work together with those responsible on site to develop measures to achieve the company's goals, which you will also implement successfully. You are the commercial advisor and contact person for the local management.
