• Coordinate and control the organizational processes in our production
• Compliance with and implementation of all specifications regarding quality, environment and safety
• Control of production processes such as the provision of human and technical process resources based on budget specifications
• Results-oriented control of business process flows and the associated accompanying processes on the basis of a system of key performance indicators, as well as early initiation of measures in the event of deviations
• Optimization of productivity and compliance with process costs
• Strategic further development of processes
• In coordination with management and human resources responsible for hiring, implementation, development and dismissal of employees
• Participation in and implementation of CIP projects

• Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of production planning, manufacturing technologies, production and cost controlling, reporting and quality management
• Experience in personnel management and development
• Efficient working style and analytical skills
• Determination and "get-it-done" mentality
• English (spoken and written) and very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
