STRATEGIC BUYER M/F/D
You will be responsible for developing and implementing commodity group strategy, selecting suppliers, ensuring best cost, contracting and supplier management.
YOUR CHALLENGE
• Develop and execute category strategy, selection of suppliers, ensure best cost, contracting and supplier management
• Initiate and implement projects to reduce manufacturing costs in cooperation with suppliers, production and development
• Optimize the current supply chain in terms of quality, cost, availability and inventory levels
• Negotiation of prices under considering previously material calculations
• Develop and implement global purchasing projects
• Support engineering, operational buyers, project buying, quality management and process improvements
YOUR PROFILE
• Technical background
• Understanding of sourcing strategies
• Project management mindset
• Experience in leading meetings and coordination with stakeholders
• 3 – 5 years automotive buying experience
